Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely package your unused products in their original boxes to prevent damage during transit, including the original packing slip if available.

  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
